Frontend legal draft
This page is a frontend legal draft and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch. Production collection will depend on the services and features that are actually enabled.
1. Introduction
This draft describes how NexFaucet may handle information in connection with its planned reward platform. It is provided for interface and content planning, not as final legal advice or a production privacy notice.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy is intended to cover the public website, account areas, faucet, rewards, referral features, competitions, wallet views and related Services when enabled. A feature that is not connected in the frontend preview does not currently collect or process data through this interface.
3. Information We May Collect
Depending on enabled features, information may include account details, device and usage information, wallet addresses, reward activity, referral relationships, support messages and security signals. We will seek to limit collection to what is reasonably needed for the relevant Service.
4. Account Information
Production account registration may require an email address, username, password credentials and verification status. We do not claim that these data are currently collected by this frontend-only preview.
5. Technical and Device Information
When enabled, logs may include browser type, device characteristics, approximate network information, pages viewed and security events. These signals may help operate, troubleshoot and protect the Platform.
6. Wallet and Transaction Information
A connected wallet address and transaction references may be processed to support withdrawals or reward records. Blockchain transactions can be publicly visible and may be permanently recorded on a public ledger; blockchain data is different from private account data.
7. Reward and Activity Information
Enabled Services may record faucet claims, streaks, missions, quizzes, spins, boxes, events, balances and withdrawal requests. Eligibility and reward records are expected to be verified by backend systems.
8. Referral Information
Referral tracking may associate an inviter, an invited account and qualified activity. Raw signups may not qualify, and production criteria may be used to prevent self-referrals, duplicates and abuse.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies, local storage or similar technologies may be used in a future production service for authentication, preferences, security, analytics or attribution. No such production collection should be inferred from this preview unless explicitly enabled.
10. How We Use Information
Information may be used to provide Services, maintain accounts, record eligible activity, process support, personalize settings, detect abuse, protect users, improve performance, communicate changes and meet applicable obligations.
11. Legal Bases and Consent
Where applicable, processing may rely on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations or protection of rights. Available choices and legal bases may vary by jurisdiction.
12. How Information May Be Shared
Information may be shared when necessary to operate a requested feature, comply with law, protect the Platform, investigate abuse, complete a business transfer or act with your direction. We do not promise that every future integration will be available.
13. Service Providers
Production vendors may provide hosting, email, analytics, security, wallet, verification or support services. Providers should receive only information reasonably needed for their contracted role and may be subject to their own terms.
14. Fraud Prevention and Security
Security signals and activity patterns may be reviewed to detect bots, duplicate accounts, manipulation, fraudulent referrals and other abuse. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.
15. Blockchain and Public Ledger Data
Public wallet addresses and transaction data may be visible to anyone using the relevant blockchain explorer. Public ledger data may not be removable or controllable by NexFaucet, and it should not be treated as private account information.
16. Data Retention
Retention periods will depend on the purpose, legal requirements, dispute needs, security needs and operational records involved. Draft screens do not establish a final retention schedule.
17. Data Security
We may use access controls, monitoring, encryption and other safeguards where appropriate. However, no online system or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
18. International Data Transfers
Service providers or infrastructure may operate in countries different from a user's location. Any required transfer safeguards and notices must be confirmed for the production service.
19. User Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port certain personal information, and to withdraw consent. Rights may have exceptions and may vary by local law.
20. Account Access and Correction
Production users may be able to review or update account details through account controls or a verified request. We may need to confirm identity before responding.
21. Account Deletion Requests
Users may request account deletion through the production support or privacy process. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, disputes, legal duties or public blockchain limitations.
22. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children where applicable law requires a higher age threshold. We do not knowingly design this preview to collect children's personal information.
23. Third-Party Links and Services
Links to wallets, blockchain explorers, providers or other sites may lead to services controlled by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
24. Advertising and Analytics
Future production analytics or advertising measurement may use consent controls where required. No current preview page should be read as a claim that such tracking is active.
25. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Policy may be updated when Services, law or processing practices change. The updated version and effective date should be posted before it is relied on in production.
