1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

Users must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable where they live. NexFaucet may restrict Services where participation is not permitted.

3. Account Registration

Registration information must be accurate, current and controlled by the registering person. Production verification requirements may apply.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting credentials, recovery details and connected wallets, and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

5. Platform Access

Access may depend on eligibility, verification, feature availability, geographic restrictions and security review. No particular level of access is guaranteed.

6. NexFaucet Rewards

Rewards are conditional platform credits or opportunities, not guaranteed income or investment returns. Eligibility, amount, expiry and approval are controlled by production rules.

7. Hourly Faucet

The faucet may offer an eligible claim window approximately every hour. A displayed timer is informational; server-side eligibility, anti-abuse checks and final crediting control production claims.

8. Daily Bonus

Daily bonuses and streaks may require consecutive eligible activity. Missed windows, abuse reviews or rule changes may affect eligibility.

9. Missions

Missions may require specified tasks and verification. Completing a displayed task does not guarantee a reward until backend validation is complete.

10. Quiz Center

Quiz attempts, scores, limits and rewards may be recorded and verified. Educational content is not financial or professional advice.

11. Lucky Wheel

Spins may be limited by eligibility or frequency rules. Displayed outcomes are previews until a production system confirms the result.

12. Mystery Box

Mystery Box contents and eligibility may vary. A visual preview does not promise a particular reward or value.

13. Events and Competitions

Events may have separate rules, schedules and eligibility. Timers are informational, and final results require backend verification.

14. Leaderboards

Leaderboards may display the Top 20 users, while only configured ranks may receive prizes. Rankings remain provisional until verified. Referral competitions use qualified referrals. Fraudulent or duplicate accounts may be disqualified. Prize amounts may change before a competition begins, and no reward is guaranteed until eligibility is confirmed.

15. Referral Program

Referral rewards may depend on an inviter's eligible activity and the invited account's qualification. The displayed referral rates are not a guarantee of income or reward availability.

16. Qualified Referrals

Raw signups may not qualify. Qualified referrals must meet backend-defined criteria. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated accounts and fraudulent activity are prohibited. Referral rewards may be withheld during review.

17. Reward Calculations

Production calculations, rounding, caps, reversals and eligibility decisions are backend controlled. Client-side displays are not authoritative.

18. Wallet Balances

Displayed balances may be pending, provisional or subject to review. A balance is not a promise that a withdrawal will be approved.

19. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may require account verification, a supported wallet, a minimum threshold and risk review. Processing time and approval are not guaranteed.

20. Fees and Minimum Thresholds

Network fees, service fees, limits and minimum thresholds may apply and should be disclosed before production use. They may change over time.

21. Promotional Rewards

Promotions may have additional rules, expiry dates, limits and eligibility conditions. Promotional displays are not guaranteed offers until confirmed in production.

22. Competition Rewards

Only configured ranks may receive prizes. Final ranking, eligibility and prize amounts are backend verified. Frontend JavaScript does not distribute rewards or declare winners.

23. Prohibited Activities

• Manipulating claims, rankings, referrals or reward outcomes.
• Misrepresenting identity or eligibility.
• Interfering with Platform security or availability.
• Using the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.

24. Multiple Accounts

Multiple accounts may be prohibited or restricted. NexFaucet may review related accounts and withhold activity that appears duplicative or abusive.

25. Bots and Automation

Bots, scripts, scraping, automated claims and unauthorized automation are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing for a production purpose.

26. Fraud and Abuse

Fraud signals may trigger investigation, delayed rewards, disqualification, account limits or termination. NexFaucet does not promise a specific review outcome.

27. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, risk, legal requirements, inactivity, abuse or operational reasons, subject to the final production Terms.

28. Service Availability

Services may be unavailable, interrupted or limited. NexFaucet does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access or permanent feature availability.

29. Maintenance and Changes

Features, reward rules, limits, schedules and interfaces may be changed, paused or retired. Material production changes should be communicated as required.

30. Intellectual Property

Platform content, branding, interfaces and software are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied or reused beyond permitted personal use.

31. Third-Party Services

Wallets, blockchain networks, explorers, hosting providers and other third parties operate under their own terms and may introduce risks or interruptions.

32. Blockchain Risks

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and public. Network congestion, fees, smart-contract issues, address errors and protocol changes may affect outcomes.

33. Tax Responsibilities

Users are responsible for determining and meeting tax or reporting obligations that may apply to rewards, transactions or other activity.

34. Disclaimers

Services and previews are provided subject to production disclosures, without promises of earnings, reward availability, suitability, accuracy or uninterrupted access. NXR is not described as a guaranteed investment return.

35. Limitation of Liability

Any production limitation of liability must be reviewed and drafted for the applicable law and legal entity. This frontend draft does not establish a final limitation.

36. Indemnification

Any production indemnification terms must be reviewed by counsel and may address losses arising from misuse, violations or unlawful activity to the extent permitted by law.
